We reserve the right to use any of our designs as marketing and promotional material. All products are subject to change if original materials become unavailable or we encounter a technical difficulty. Any noticeable changes to the overall aesthetic of the design/product will be discussed with you.

Orders bought directly through the website must be paid in full via the website before production. Orders of semi-custom collections are subject to a non refundable 50% deposit being paid on receipt and approval of your quote. The remaining 50% is due once the proofs have been approved by you and the order is ready to be printed. Orders that have less than a 3 week turnaround will be subject to payment in full when the invoice has been received. Bespoke orders are subject to payment of a non refundable design fee after the initial design consultation. Payment of the non refundable total amount is due once the designs and quote have been approved prior to printing. We reserve the right to offer discounts and promotions. All orders are non refundable and can only be cancelled up to proof reading stage and are subject to a cancellation fee. Once orders have gone to print we will not accept cancellations. Full payment must be received before an order is shipped.

All bespoke designs remain the property of Vine In The Wild. Payment of a one off design fee is due after an initial consultation and includes the cost of designing your stationery, sampling and postage of samples. Realistic time scales will be given during the consultation, however these are subject to change.

Three changes are permitted to semi custom designs free of charge. Changes include colour (outside of existing options), layout, text, calligraphy, envelope, size and card-stock. Any additional changes will incur a design fee. Personalising the text does not constitute as a design change and will be free of charge. Samples and postage will be invoiced prior to being posted out. Realistic time scales will be given during the consultation, however these are subject to change.

All prices are subject to change and will be updated accordingly. Once a price has been agreed on an order, we will honour that price unless the order changes after the quote has been approved. Prices are subject to change if you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products.

All orders are subject to approval of a final draft by you which includes spelling, grammar and text size. We recommend that you print the electronic proofs we send so you can check them for size. Any mistakes that are found after approval will be subject to re-printing costs. We cannot accept returns if a proof has been approved. It is the client’s responsibly to spell check any names sent for namecards, table plans & table names along with addresses sent for envelopes. Appropriate templates will be sent to you with your quote. Any changes that are required will incur an additional cost.

All orders are non refundable. If there is a problem with your order please contact us and we will endeavour to rectify the issue as soon as possible

All complete orders will be sent either via Royal Mail Special Delivery or tracked courier. We only use services that we trust and ensure that all parcels are appropriately packaged and can be tracked and signed for. Delivery charges will be added onto your invoice. Unless requested, all samples will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. All shipping dates are subject to change. We endeavour to get the highest quality stationery to you and sometimes delays occur - these will be communicated to you at the soonest opportunity. Vine In The Wild are not responsible for any delays that are outside of our control. As long as products are shipped within the courier's given timeframe, any delays or problems with delivery (for example, but not exclusively, being held in customs, courier unable to find delivery address etc.) lie with the courier, and not Vine In The Wild. As such, we are not able to recompensate. If you do not collect the products from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs.

In the rare circumstance that we have to cancel an order due to an issue on our side a full refund will be given. We may end the contract for a product at any time if: (a) you do not make any payment to us when it is due (b) you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products (c) you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you or collect them from us If a contract is terminated due to the above clauses a cancellation fee will be applicable.
